No. Everything a client touches is a link they open in their browser. No app, no account, no password to forget. The sensitive links ask for the last four digits of their phone number before opening.
No, and that is deliberate. Auradeck is for one therapist running their own practice. There are no seats, no roles, no admin console, because a solo practitioner does not need any of that.
It does not. Auradeck opens the chat with the message ready and you send it yourself, then keeps a record on the client's file. Nothing goes out without you.
They are scored the moment a client submits, filed as a draft note on the chart, and plotted over time so you can see the direction of travel without keeping your own tally.
Not really. Billing is in rupees only, tax is GST, payment is UPI, and the timezone defaults to Asia/Kolkata. It was built for practice in India rather than adapted for it.
Your client list exports to CSV, invoices export as PDFs. Your notes stay encrypted under your own key for as long as they are with us.
